The most important document presently, as a Nigerian citizen, is the NIN. But we don't want to care about it's status until we are "in trouble". To register a SIM, bank account, driver's license, international passport, JAMB, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB etc., you need a NIN. I hear some areas request that a suitor presents his NIN as a marriage requirement... 😂 But it's cool cos you need to know the identity of your son-in-law. Register for the NIN today! #nimc #nin

I have been studying results of this recent JAMB exam. All students that judiciously studied using exams.educare.school did amazingly well. In-short, the lowest score i have seen so far is 303. The students that participated in the National JAMB Readiness Assessment we organized online also did amazingly well. It really prepped them. Any child who doesn't utilize this tool effective is disadvantaged. I wish we had this opportunity in our own time.

My friend resigned from her teaching job, where she earned ₦60,000 monthly, plus ₦35,000 from lesson intakes. When she told me she was leaving, I asked, “What do you plan to do next?” She simply said, “I’ll find something.” Not long after, I noticed she had switched from an Android phone to an iPhone. “Babe, you changed your phone?” I asked. “I want to start content creation on TikTok,” she replied. From that moment on, every day was filled with dancing videos and twerking. Eventually, she met a guy on TikTok. They started seeing each other, and everything seemed fine. Then, last night, she told me she was pregnant. When she informed the guy… he blocked her.

One of my students scored 233 in JAMB. She wants to study Medicine, and the cut-off mark is 280. She complained that her system was hanging and taking up most of her time. She requested a mouse and an external keyboard, but they asked her to continue without them. It was only after much persuasion that she was given those basic tools. Now she is angry. She is sad. But who will take responsibility? Nobody. A country wants to depend on the internet, yet refuses to provide adequate and functional equipment. That was how they introduced CBT for WAEC, and the system ended up disrupting students’ exams. Do I even blame WAEC entirely? Not really. I blame the schools that rushed into adopting computer-based exams without proper testing and preparation. A lot of students suffered setbacks. Many were affected. Yet, nothing will be done. I have said it before, and I will say it again: JAMB is a system the Nigerian government uses to cover and protect its incompetence. Why should students be forced to take JAMB before entering university? Why? With their WAEC results, they should be able to apply directly to any university of their choice. But because Nigeria does not have enough universities to accommodate its teeming youth population, they created JAMB as a filtering mechanism. And as expected, it has become another avenue for exploitation. Students pay for the exam. Then the result expires after just one year. Why should a result expire after one year? JAMB should be scrapped. This student gave everything—her energy, her time, her determination—to this exam. Yet technical failure robbed her of her true performance. I strongly believe she could have scored above 280 if not for those issues. And she is not alone. This country frustrates. Elochukwu Ohagi Philosopher, Teacher, and Activist, 2026.

POS agents are the most underrated financial infrastructure in nigeria think about it There are communities where the nearest bank branch is 2 hours away but there's a POS agent 5 minutes down the road That agent is literally the last mile of the entire banking system They float their own cash. they manage liquidity daily. they eat the risk of network failures And they charge you ₦100...Fintech companies raised billions solving problems that Aunty with the POS was already solving We just never called it innovation because she didn't have a pitch deck

My first and only JAMB score in 2009 was 199. I cried from morning till night. After day 9, JAMB added marks for students, and I got an extra 9. So I went from pain to gain, and used 208 to study Pure & Applied Mathematics at the University of Ado-Ekiti.

I remember when you told me you were moving back home and my main question was if you had a plan. Because moving back to Nigeria without one is X Sport. We talked about it and I figured you knew what you were doing. I even forgot we spoke about getting a car but I'm sure I propositioned you like I proposition all my guys. The deal is that you get the car for the same amount I got if for without having to pay an exorbitant margin. I believed this was my role as someone who was in the space to make sure none of my guys got gouged on price. Why you go dey roll with carimporter come go overpay for car again? He just be like make @UnkleAyo be my guy. Make I come go overpay for prostitute. Which is his own area of specialization. Then you sent me a video of that car and I knew we should be able to get it for N4m less than the quoted price because according to my calc. That would have been the dealer margin on it. We ended up getting one for N3m less mainly because it was the one you really wanted. And I'm glad I was a part of that. That blue one might have cost less. We got great looking and reliable car for a good bargain. I'm sure you'll enjoy it for a long time. My whole interest was to get you a car you would appreciate. Which was why I didn't bother forcing the red one on you. You wouldn't have loved it as much. I'm sure one of my 6 wives will love it. Shout-out to @neo_officialll too. If dem born you well, no call me when you wan buy your Highlander. How far @Elkrosmediahub. Make I import 2026 Sienna?
Sir Dickson@Wizarab10

When I visited Nigeria May 2024, I told my guys, I was moving back to 9ja before the year ran out. I spoke to @Ol0ye and he said I have to get my car from him when I moved back. I promised I would. But then, I moved back and started using Uber. Cross and Morris were not having it 😂😂. " Dickson go and buy car. You're spending so much on Uber." Frankly, I hated driving or so I thought. But then, I realized I spent a lot on indrive last year. Then Indrivers started messaging me privately on WhatsApp to bill me for different things. I helped one pay for his mother's hospital bill. He came back and said the mom died and he needed money for burial. That was when I actually decided that I needed privacy from these people. The plan was to buy a car and hire a driver. So I contacted @Ol0ye and paid for the car I wanted. Oloye saw my tweet where I was complaining about indrivers billing me and he asked me to stop taking rides and sent one of his boys to bring me one of his cars to be using in the interim. That was how I started driving his car and actually found driving interesting. Now I no longer want to employ a driver. I told Oloye it is his fault. He laughed and insisted I still need one. Anyway, get your cars from @Ol0ye. He is tested and trusted. No bad cars!

I can drive, so the first thing I’ll do is find how to get old of the steering wheels, gradually control it while I release the drivers seat, so he can rest his back, then shout at the passenger at the back to pull the driver from the back, while I take the drivers seat and stop the car.

You're about to travel by road to another state on urgent business, so you decided to board a bus. For a long time, you have always liked the front seat, just beside the driver & it has become a sort of habit. So, you made sure to get to the park early, so you can occupy the front seat. After the bus is loaded to capacity with passengers, the driver starts the vehicle and the journey begins. The journey is going smoothly until he starts speeding down the expressway as he approaches the bridge. Suddenly, the driver has an epileptic seizure. His eyes roll back and he starts frothing at the mouth, as his body vibrates and jerks violently. The other passengers are screaming as the bus veers from left to right on the expressway, barely missing other speeding cars and trailers. What will you do next?

So, Arsenal are still top and will still win the League, City are still 2nd, United are still irrelevant, Liverpool are still half as good as last year, Chelsea are still useless, and Spurs will still be relegated. Love, Bottle-Job. 😘

ARSENAL… The Agony of Proximity This last title race? Painful doesn’t even begin to cover it. This one was torture. Arsenal didn’t just compete—they had the league in a chokehold. Balling week in, week out, playing football that had people talking like the crown was already heading to North London. Confidence high, fans loud, vibes immaculate. Then pressure joined the group chat. And everything started shaking. Because when it came down to the real fight—the gritty, ugly, no-excuses part of the season—Arsenal blinked. Not once. Not twice. Just enough times to let the whole thing slip. While Manchester City were out there moving like machines—cold, calculated, relentless—Arsenal started playing like a team that hoped to win the title instead of one that would take it. Dropped points where? In games they should’ve buried. Letting teams hang around. Giving away control like it was optional. That’s not how champions move. And that’s the difference. City don’t ask questions—they answer them. You slip once, they punish you. They k!ll it! You hesitate, they run past you. No noise, no drama, just results. Arsenal? Too nice. Too emotional. Too eager to impress instead of dominate. You could literally see the moment belief turned into tension. Passes got slower. Decisions got safer. That swagger? Gone. Replaced with that nervous energy that screams, “we don’t want to mess this up”—and that’s exactly when you mess it up. That’s the cruelest part. They weren’t miles off. They were right there. Touching distance. Close enough to smell the title… but not built—yet—to carry the weight of it. Because winning a league like the Premier League isn’t just about playing beautiful football. It’s about being ruthless when it gets ugly. It’s about stepping on throats when the moment comes. And Arsenal? They hesitated. Again. So here we are—another season of “almost,” another reminder that talent alone isn’t enough. Until they grow that killer instinct, that cold-blooded edge, they’ll keep ending up here… Right at the doorstep. Watching someone else walk through it. The agony of proximity right there.
