I can’t remember where I first saw the idea, but today was the first time trying it: offer time in each staff meeting for staff to send emails to families about kids being awesome. Second step: do the same thing for another staff member. Everyone needs a reason to 😊 right now ❤️

Our hearts are broken into pieces. This morning at 5.14am we got to meet our perfect Penny 4 months earlier than planned.
We spent our short but special time making memories & having cuddles. I wish every person in the world had gotten to meet her too.
