Defensively, he’s fearless—willing to sacrifice his body to take charges and change momentum. His rebounding presence is elite, cleaning the glass like a seasoned veteran and giving his team second-chance opportunities every time down the court.

What makes him special is his ability to create his own shot in tight spaces—his smooth turnaround midrange jumper was one of the highlights of the weekend. He makes difficult shots look effortless with a natural scoring rhythm that’s hard to teach. On the defensive end, he brings the same aggressive energy, locking up opponents and making life hard for ball handlers. Gibson is a complete two-way player who impacts every possession.
