@ohmissoneil it's complicated because i feel like i put a lot of pressure on myself which doesn't exactly make the process of editing fun, but i love seeing my end results. i'm usually very proud of them! then i want to show them off because i'm proud but they just flop which is discouraging.

@bucklucys oh this is EXACTLY why i quit. someone copied my edit frame by frame, got 17k likes when i got 500. they didn't even properly tag me. they simply wrote "ib" and my user, not tagging me. when confronted they said its bc they didn't know my tiktok user bc they saw my edit on twt??

didn't leave, was reminded of someone who literally just posts other peoples' edits and still consistently gets more likes than i do with my edits, and now i've pissed myself off. so i really gotta go now.

@yourstrulymel28 meanwhile, I'll post my original works on this app and sometimes can't even break 25-50 likes. and it's just fucking discouraging as hell.

@yourstrulymel28 there's an account on here that literally posts multiple edits a day made by other people and gets hundreds and thousands of likes, and the only way you'd even know they're not their edits is if you (like me) see them on the tl multiple times and notice a couple dif watermarks
