Governments should be very wary of enacting OIC's and legislation that give rise to mass non-compliance. They should also know better than putting someone so inherently biased as Nathalie Provost within 10km of anything to do with their Firearm Legislation from a conflict of interest perspective. The Liberals would be smart to walk this back instead of pushing ahead. Take the loss and refocus on community policing, border security, and curtailing organized crime. You know, as funny as it sounds, I notice this when I go to America 🇨🇦🇺🇸 In Canada, I frequently have interactions where: 1. I make eye contact, smile, and say hello/good morning when interacting with a stranger 2. Others hold the door for me & thank me when I hold it for them 3. Have strangers say "sorry" at even the most minor inconvenience, which is always followed up with a "no it's ok!" I was in Florida just last week, and I was shocked at how noticeable the difference was. Hold the door for someone? They won't say thank you, or even look at you. It's kind of jarring Maybe these are just standard Canadian quirks. Or maybe Florida is just not the place to expect this lol Don't take living in a high trust society for granted. Aim to give others a reason to believe we have it everyday 🫂

I remember taking the tracheostomy out of a 44-year-old man who wasn’t vaccinated. Healthy. Strong. Thought he didn’t need it. He spent Christmas on a ventilator while his three kids prayed for a miracle. He survived. Rehab. Recovery. Months later he sent me a photo of his first vaccine. Nice young man. Good family. They went through hell for a lesson learned the hardest way possible.
