@Captainspriv00 Adding onto this, he originally wasn’t even going to be a consistent character? He was just a joke one- a callback to the earlier episode when Paul ran in those newground spaces with Edd.

@Captainspriv00 The shippers thing was a half truth, another big reason to why he left was because Eddsworld did burn him out. He was on the series for nearing 5-8 years (?) if my memory serves me right. He just moves on to different projects and worked for Adult swim.
