نفّذ معهد التدريب دورة تدريبية متخصصة بعنوان «أساسيات التصوير» لموظفي دائرة الأوقاف والشؤون الدينية، وذلك في إطار تعزيز المهارات المهنية والارتقاء بالكفاءات الإعلامية والبصرية لدى المشاركين. وتناولت الدورة محاور متعددة شملت أساسيات التصوير الاحترافي، والتعرّف على أنواع الكاميرات وآليات استخدامها، إلى جانب تطبيقات عملية هدفت إلى تنمية المهارات الفنية وصقل قدرات المشاركين في إنتاج المحتوى البصري. The Training Institute organized a specialized training course titled “Photography Basics” for employees of the Department of Endowments and Religious Affairs, as part of efforts to enhance professional competencies and develop participants’ media and visual communication skills. شاركت الطالبة لطيفة بنت زايد العريمي من قسم اللغة الإنجليزية، وبإشراف الدكتورة رانيا الشباسي الأستاذة بالقسم، في المؤتمر الدولي الذي عقدته Middle Tennessee State University بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وذلك من خلال تقديم ورقة بحثية بعنوان: “Enchanted Environments (Pre)figuring the ‘Humilocene’: Narrating Sustainability beyond Human Dominance in Selected Nineteenth-Century British Fantasy and Arabic Literature”. وتأتي هذه المشاركة العلمية المتميزة لتجسد المستوى الأكاديمي المتقدم الذي وصل إليه طلبة الكلية، وقدرتهم على الحضور الفاعل والمنافسة في المؤتمرات العلمية الدولية، بما يعكس جودة المخرجات الأكاديمية والبحثية، ويؤكد حرص الكلية على دعم البحث العلمي وتعزيز مشاركة الطلبة في المحافل العلمية العالمية. Latifa bint Zayed Al Araimi, a student from the English Department, participated in the international conference hosted by Middle Tennessee State University in the United States of America under the supervision of Dr. Rania Al Shabasi, a faculty member in the department. During the conference, she presented a research paper titled: “Enchanted Environments (Pre)figuring the ‘Humilocene’: Narrating Sustainability beyond Human Dominance in Selected Nineteenth-Century British Fantasy and Arabic Literature”. This distinguished academic participation reflects the advanced academic level achieved by the college’s students and their ability to actively engage and compete in international scientific conferences. عقد المجلس الاستشاري من القطاع الصناعي والمهني في كلية البريمي الجامعية جلسته الدورية، حيث ناقش المجلس عددًا من الموضوعات المهمة، من أبرزها الاستشارات البحثية، ومواءمة البرامج الأكاديمية مع متطلبات سوق العمل واحتياجات القطاع الصناعي، إلى جانب مناقشة عدد من الموضوعات الأخرى التي تسهم في تعزيز جودة المخرجات الأكاديمية وتطوير الشراكة مع مختلف القطاعات المهنية والصناعية، خاصةً تلك المرتبطة ارتباطًا وثيقًا بالتخصصات التي تطرحها الكلية. The Advisory Council from the Industrial and Professional Sector at Al Buraimi University College held its regular meeting, during which several important topics were discussed, most notably research consultations and the alignment of academic programs with labor market demands and the needs of the industrial sector. نفذت كلية البريمي الجامعية دورة تدريبية للموظفين الإداريين بعنوان «إدارة الحملات الإعلانية عبر المنصات الرقمية»، وذلك في إطار حرص الكلية على تطوير الكفاءات المهنية وتعزيز المهارات الرقمية والتسويقية لدى الموظفين. وقدم الدورة الأستاذ حمدان العلوي، قائم بأعمال مدير دائرة الثقافة والرياضة والشباب بمحافظة البريمي، حيث تناول خلالها عددًا من المحاور المتعلقة بآليات إدارة الحملات الإعلانية، وصناعة المحتوى الرقمي، وأساليب الوصول إلى الجمهور المستهدف عبر مختلف المنصات الرقمية، بما يسهم في تعزيز كفاءة التواصل المؤسسي وتحقيق الأهداف التسويقية بفاعلية. The workshop was delivered by Hamdan Al Alawi, Acting Director of the Department of Culture, Sports, and Youth in Al Buraimi Governorate. قامت معالي الدكتورة مديحة بنت أحمد الشيبانية، وزيرة التعليم، بزيارة رسمية إلى كلية البريمي الجامعية ، حيث كان في استقبال معاليها الشيخ أحمد بن ناصر النعيمي، رئيس مجلس الإدارة، والأستاذ الدكتور ياسر فؤاد، عميد الكلية، إلى جانب مساعدي العميد ورؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية. وخلال الزيارة، استمعت معاليها إلى عرض تعريفي تناول الكلية ومرافقها وتخصصاتها الأكاديمية، إضافة إلى خططها المستقبلية وسبل دعم استدامتها، كونها أول مؤسسة تعليم عال تأسست في محافظة البريمي عام 2003. ويأتي ذلك في إطار متابعة معاليها المستمرة لخطط مؤسسات التعليم العالي الخاصة، واهتمامها بالارتقاء بجودة التعليم وتعزيز كفاءة مخرجاته، بما يواكب أولويات التنمية الوطنية ورؤية عمان 2040. Her Excellency Dr. Madiha bint Ahmed Al Shaibani, Minister of Education, paid an official visit to Al Buraimi University College, where she was received by Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Professor Yasser Fouad, Dean of the College, along with the Assistant Deans and Heads of Academic Departments. شارك الأستاذ الدكتور ياسر فؤاد، عميد الكلية، في جلسة حوارية بعنوان «تجارب الذكاء الاصطناعي في الحياة الجامعية»، وذلك ضمن فعاليات ملتقى الأندية الطلابية الأول الذي نظمته جامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية – فرع صحار. وقد تناولت الجلسة عددًا من المحاور المهمة، أبرزها واقع التعليم والتعلم في ظل تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وآليات توظيف هذه التقنيات في الأنشطة الطلابية، إضافة إلى مناقشة سبل التكامل بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي والقطاع الوطني المعني بالذكاء الاصطناعي. وتأتي هذه المشاركة في إطار حرص الكلية على تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي وتبادل الخبرات مع مؤسسات التعليم العالي، بما يسهم في دعم الابتكار وتطوير الممارسات التعليمية المعاصرة. Prof. Yasser Fouad, Dean of the College, participated in a panel discussion titled “Artificial Intelligence Experiences in University Life,” held as part of the First Student Clubs Forum organized by the University of Technology and Applied Sciences – Sohar branch. The session addressed several key themes, most notably the current state of teaching and learning in the era of artificial intelligence, mechanisms for integrating these technologies into student activities, and exploring ways to enhance collaboration between higher education institutions and the national sector concerned with artificial intelligence. أطلقت كلية البريمي الجامعية برنامج التهيئة لما قبل الامتحانات لطلبة الصفين الحادي عشر والثاني عشر، وذلك في إطار جهودها لتعزيز دورها المجتمعي ودعم الطلبة. ويهدف البرنامج إلى تهيئة الطلبة أكاديميا ونفسيا، من خلال تقديم مجموعة من الورش التفاعلية التي تركز على مهارات الاستعداد الدراسي، وإدارة الوقت، والتعامل مع ضغوط الاختبارات، إلى جانب تعزيز الثقة بالنفس ورفع مستوى الجاهزية لتحقيق أداء أفضل. كما تضمن البرنامج تعريف الطلبة بالتخصصات الأكاديمية التي تطرحها الكلية، بما يسهم في توجيههم نحو اختيار مساراتهم المستقبلية بوعي. وقد تم تنفيذ البرنامج عبر زيارات ميدانية لعدد من مدارس محافظة البريمي، بمشاركة نخبة من الأكاديميين، في خطوة تعكس التزام الكلية بدعم الطلبة وخدمة المجتمع. The program aims to prepare students academically and psychologically through interactive workshops focusing on study skills, time management, and coping with exam stress, while enhancing confidence and readiness for better performance. It also introduced students to the academic programs offered by the College, helping them make informed decisions about their future paths. شاركت كلية البريمي الجامعية في الاحتفال بأسبوع المرور الخليجي الموحد 2026، الذي أقيم في جامعة البريمي، تحت رعاية معالي عبدالسلام بن محمد المرشدي، رئيس جهاز الاستثمار العماني. وشهد ركن الكلية عرض مشاريع طلابية توعوية وابتكارية، من أبرزها “أمان الصحراء” لتعزيز السلامة في البيئات الصحراوية، و”Smart Aid” المتخصص في الإسعافات الأولية لتقديم حلول ذكية للاستجابة للحالات الطارئة، إلى جانب مشروع تطبيق (غيث)، وهو تطبيق ذكي للتعامل مع حالات الطوارئ داخل المجتمعات، يهدف إلى تسريع الاستجابة عبر ربط الأشخاص القادرين على تقديم الإسعافات الأولية بالحالات القريبة منهم، بالاعتماد على تقنيات تحديد الموقع (GPS) للعثور على متطوعين ضمن نطاق جغرافي قريب. وتأتي هذه المشاركة في إطار تعزيز دور الكلية في نشر الوعي المروري وخدمة المجتمع Al Buraimi University College participated in the Gulf Traffic Week 2026 celebration, held at Al Buraimi University, under the patronage of H.E. Abdulsalam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, Chairman of the Oman Investment Authority. The College’s pavilion featured student awareness and innovation projects, notably “Desert Safety” aimed at enhancing safety in desert environments, and “Smart Aid”, a first aid–focused initiative that provides smart solutions for emergency response. It also showcased the “Gaith” mobile application, a community-based emergency response platform designed to connect individuals in need with nearby trained volunteers. The app utilizes GPS technology to identify and reach helpers within an approximate two-kilometer radius, significantly reducing response time in critical situations. A glimpse from the closing ceremony of the second edition of the Theatre Days at Al Buraimi University College, held at the Directorate General of Education Theatre, with distinguished attendance from students, as well as academic and administrative staff.
