When we make a mistake, we own it… quickly and fully. Recently, a small percentage of one of our mailers incorrectly described Victor as a retired Marine. He has never said or implied that. This was an internal error, and we corrected it the moment we found out. The distinction matters, and we fell short of the standard you deserve. Our senior advisor Buddy Jericho, a veteran of 12 combat deployments, breaks down exactly what happened and what we've done to fix it. This is what accountability looks like.

@buddy_jericho @victormarx Thank you for the offer, but @MrsCoriKennedy has Victor covered. She's doing a great job at producing answers with facts, documents, and resources for those of us who have been blocked by Victor's campaign pages for asking hard questions.

I understand the instinct to seek answers wherever you can find them, every voter should ask hard questions. But there’s a logical problem in what you’re describing. If you believe a candidate isn’t answering questions, it doesn’t follow that information from “other sources” is therefore reliable. That’s a classic substitution error: replacing a lack of primary evidence with unverified secondary claims, and then treating them as equally credible. In fact, the absence of an answer should raise your standard of scrutiny, not lower it. The rational approach is to weigh sources based on verifiability, evidence, and accountability, not simply on whether they’re filling a gap. So the real question isn’t just “who is providing answers,” but “which answers can actually be proven true?” That standard matters, especially in an environment where misinformation spreads faster than facts. Happy to answer any questions you have, just shoot me a DM.

@buddy_jericho @victormarx I represent myself. A voter in Colorado who has a lot of questions (much like everyone else) that Victor won't answer. When he won't answer, we have no choice but to rely on other sources who are producing answers. Also, why did you do the video and not him? Odd.

@RighteousNJust @victormarx He served 3 years. And after completing his contract, he was honorably discharged. Roughly 50% of people who join the military do not re-enlist, and separate honorably. Happy to answer any other questions you have, these are easy.

@victormarx While we are on the subject, please tell us how many years Victor served and why he was discharged. Thank you.

@KittyQM17 @victormarx I disagree. Maintaining your integrity by taking responsibility for your mistakes is always the right thing to do. Our country needs more of this.

@RighteousNJust @victormarx Never said "randomly" or "all on their own"...you may want to consider changing your handle "J is for Justice," you make a lot of assumptions. Who exactly do you represent J is for Justice?

@buddy_jericho @victormarx So you are saying a third party company randomly put (Ret.) all on their own without Victor's team approving the final print? Is that my understanding? Which third party company was it?

@salt_bakeryyy @victormarx @FoldARPrez It's a fair question. Being a retired Marine implies you served at least 20 years, and in the past 20 years a "retired Marine" would have committed a lot to this country. A USMC veteran means you could have served as little as 3 years..big difference.

@RighteousNJust @victormarx Wasn't trackng that at all. It was just the right thing to do. If you served, you know what I mean. We never had a reason to research stolen valor.

@victormarx Funny how this was an immediate response after someone said it is a federal crime under the Stolen Valor Act to claim you are a retired marine for monetary gain, like getting campaign donations. Mistake, yeah right Victor is a fraud and liar, let the truth keep coming to light.

If Kamala wins, we’re likely to see several major consequences: • Free speech being completely eroded • The loss of any chance to get the D.O.G.E. • An end to the crypto bull market • A significant economic decline • An increased risk of World War III … And more
