Honest introspection and plans for 2026 S1 Being busy doesn’t mean doing well. Be brutally honest with yourself and protect your focus. I make a vision board every semester to keep myself aware of my priorities. Last semester, I was all over the place (not recommended): •Full course load •Work •Hackathons •Running the blockchain club + heavily involved in the AI club •Ambassador for two AI companies •Organizing / helping out with events •Trying to keep sleep, gym, and food in check If you say yes to everything, you quietly say no to doing anything with real depth. It was chaos for me. I did everything, but I did everything poorly. This semester I’m not reducing the total effort, I’m narrowing the scope. I’m going to do less, but better. 2026 S1 vision board is built around: •Continue excelling at school •Do high-quality work at my internship •Grow Ottawa Blockchain: more momentum, more opportunities for members, more builders in the room •Foundations: sleep, good food, lift Stay productive. Keep building.

Gotta start doing the same with Cloud services too.
