The Cowboys are hiring SMU defensive coordinator Scott Symons as inside linebackers coach, per source. A highly respected college DC, Symons had interest from multiple NFL teams this cycle and elected to join Brian Schottenheimer’s revamped defensive staff and stay in Dallas.
