Jeff brings over two decades of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, and corporate finance. His tenure as an Independent Director of Standard Lithium - spanning the company's transition from early-stage explorer to near-commercial developer - is directly relevant to where Buffalo is headed.
His appointment comes at a meaningful moment, as the Company advances toward its maiden Technical Report and Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Disley Project.

✅ $BUFF has finalized its 2026 assay program with results from the 7-10 drill hole at the Disley Project in Saskatchewan.
The 7-10 hole delivered 10.8m of sylvinite grading 44.2% KCl, with 5 high-grade seems exceeding management criteria for Buffalo's mining technology deployment.
With a successful assay program now complete, Buffalo is progressing toward the preparation of its maiden Technical Report and PEA.
