I’ve been flip flopping between staying up for 24+ hours and then sleeping for 12+ hours and I almost never sleep before 9 am #SAVEME

If I’ve seemed strange at this past month or so it’s because my sleep schedule is horrific and I’ve been in a never ending fight to fix it. Ive been super out of it 😭✌️
