Protests are a democratic right; anyone can protest in a democracy. But common sense should also be common. Dudula choosing to protest on the very week South Africa is hosting the G20 is idiotic, because they can protest on any other day. They are not doing this out of principle, they are doing it to embarrass their own country. Worse still, they are being sponsored by racists who are aligned with Donald Trump’s interests and who want to delegitimise the South African economy. The G20, the Group of 20, will be in South Africa to discuss matters that will benefit South Africans and strengthen their economy. It is an economic platform. Sabotaging it is sabotaging your own economic future. Empty heads will not understand this. The South African government does not stop South Africans from protesting against it; it actually allows it. But there is a time and a place for everything. Why would you let yourself be used by white racists who want to destroy your economy? Why would you be paid to embarrass your own country? Many know exactly who is sponsoring these groups to derail the G20 that South Africa is hosting. There is no normal person who would sabotage their own country’s economy. Those who cannot grasp this simple point are uneducated empty heads. Imagine protesting about foreign nationals to visiting foreign nationals, just to embarrass your own country.
