I need urgent support regarding an issue with my account @GoatFunded
When I created my account I used a nickname instead of my real name.
There was no clear instruction at that time indicating that the name must exactly match the one on official documents like Aadhaar.
If this had been clearly mentioned, I would have entered my real name from the beginning.
I have successfully completed all the required steps and passed the process which took me around 20–25 days of consistent effort.
Now I am being informed that the name cannot be changed which is creating a serious problem for my KYC verification as my Aadhaar card contains my real name.
I am fully ready to provide any necessary proof or documentation to verify my identity.
