After deleting all your messages and throwing your phone into the river, it must be horrifying to see every single text pop up on the projector at the Madlanga Commission. 😂

@Avela_Lungs @NeoDinero so backing up those whatsapp messages is the issue. why does whatsapp allow this or is it because their messages are not encrypted like they claiming?

ShopRite sold their stores in Nigeria as franchises to Nigerian investors and returned to SA a few years ago. After a while, stores began to close one by one in Lagos, Abuja, Owerri, and Port Harcourt. The one in Enugu was likely among the last to close. Game Stores left first,

GPT 5.5 and Opus 4.7 are both quite good at directing lesser/cheaper models to do work likely because they have been trained to distill to smaller models themselves. Having good luck with variations of this prompt: 1) Read all the task docs so you are fresh. 2) Now I want you to use {Kimi/Composer/Minimax/DeepSeek} subagents to do the coding and then you can periodically check in to audit/check the work and stop the subagent and redirect it as needed to build the code. Be sure to give the agent explicit instructions and then you do the commits as you go as they are not as smart as you. 3) If the work is isolated enough you can spawn multiple agents at the same time. 4) You are free to use yourself as a subagent if the work is highly precise but only if you feel it is necessary. In that instance be sure to check your own work, because LLMs are a forward pass only system and as such they often don't know what they just did until they go back and look at it again.

@heyrapto @EOEboh good prompts comes from knowledge and experience. dont even argue with me on this. Developers who have been in the industry are excellent prompters.

@EOEboh LLMs can assist with backend or frontend tasks when given good prompts, but deep expertise is still harder to replace or automate.

@HaYoMiDe_ These look weak. They are from India. Some of the biggest companies that make quality durable tiles are in South Africa.

THIS GUY VIBE CODED A FULL CAPYBARA FOOD DELIVERY GAME IN 2 WEEKS WITH CLAUDE CODE you play as a capybara delivering food on a bike. orders stack on the back, you have a phone with apps in-game and the whole delivery system is realistic 2 weeks, zero game dev experience, and ENTIRELY AI generated the full stack: > claude code for all the code > three.js for the 3D engine > suno for original music > elevenlabs for sound effects and voice > GPT images-2 and grok for textures and illustrations > tripo3d for generating all the 3D assets the cinematics are all in-game too. he asked claude to build a cinematic editor with timeline controls, camera animation, and transitions. then he just placed the cameras himself his workflow was more planning than coding (obviously): > come up with the core mechanic > plan every feature using claude /plan mode > generate assets with AI tools > spend most of his time on the final polish, prop placement, and making the design feel right he said the human part is what most vibe coded games are missing. AI can generate everything but having taste for what looks good and what feels right is still on you the game is playable right now in the browser this is what vibe coding is actually capable of in the game dev space right now a year ago this would have taken a small team of developers, a sound designer, and an artist working together for months now one person with no experience can ship a polished playable game with story, music, and mechanics in 14 days the tools keep getting better and the barrier to making real games keeps getting lower

@davidliu8473 @nizzyabi This is so true. It would just loop and loop. There was a time bolt and loveable were issuing free tokens to users to build for free but still, the environment was limiting and the issue of bugs was a huge turn off.

@nizzyabi retention dies the first time AI builds something they can't debug. watched friends build on bolt and lovable for a week and never open the project again 😭
