Berhenti mikirin hal-hal yang udah ga bisa lo ubah. Mute grup WA yang isinya ngomongin orang mulu, unfollow akun yang cuma bikin lo ngerasa kurang. Fokus ke hidup lo sendiri. Pake itu app kalender, biar gak lagi nanya, “Kapan Jumatnya siiiih?” Bikin to-do lists, tapi jangan cuma ditulis—kerjain. Nggak apa-apa dikit-dikit. Baca sesuatu yang bikin lo mikir. Kalau otaknya capek, baca komik juga gapapa. Dari komik juga bisa belajar kok. Asal komiknya bener. Nonton film lama, yang imdb ratingnya ga bagus-bagus amat tapi ceritanya nempel buat lo. Makan tanpa distraksi. Rasain. Karena kadang hal kecil kayak sambel enak aja bisa bikin hari lo lebih hidup. Jalan kaki pagi-pagi, walaupun males. Gak usah nunggu temen ngajak, beraniin aja sendirian. Berhenti di warung, ngobrol dikit sama abang gorengan. Beli buku yang lo nggak yakin bakal lo baca, tapi minimal lo coba. Kerjain sesuatu dengan niat, meskipun hasilnya meh. Bikin aja dulu. Nggak harus keren, nggak harus perfect. Tinggalin HP sejam aja. Dunia nggak bakal kiamat. Jalan ke Alfamart atau pasar deket rumah. Senyum ke tukang parkir, biar lo inget lo nggak sendirian di dunia ini. Kasih makan kucing liar. Meng. Ngobrol sama temen lama, meski agak awkward di awal. Kalau lo mau coba coding, coba aja. Bingung? Wajar. Gagal? Ya namanya juga belajar. Gak usah nunggu momen “siap.” Lo nggak bakal 100% siap. Lakuin aja, walau lo gemeteran. Mulai nulis, walau kepalanya kok rasanya kosong. Mulai olahraga, walau push-up ke 8 udah gemeteran. Jatuh cinta, biarpun takut patah hati. Pergi ke tempat asing, walau takut nyasar. Main olahraga baru sama orang baru. Mules dikit, nggak apa -apa. Takut itu biasa. Beraniin aja. Stop jelekin orang—apalagi diri sendiri. Pilih apa yang bikin lo ngerasa hidup. Buang yang bikin lo mati rasa: pikiran jelek, perasaan minder, atau orang yang cuma nguras energi lo. Kalau ditolak? Ketawain aja. Kalau malu? Lo masih hidup, bisa coba lagi. Aman. Berani buat jadi versi lo yang lebih baik. Berani buat nolak kalau nggak cocok. Berani buat bilang, “Gue gak tau, tapi gue mau belajar.” Liat hidup orang-orang yang udah berjuang lebih jauh—bukan buat ngebandingin, tapi buat ngingetin: lo juga bisa, kalau lo mau mulai. Bikin sesuatu, walau kecil. Langkah kecil itu tetep langkah. Dunia gak butuh lo sempurna—dunia butuh lo jalan terus. Coba hal baru, walau bikin keringet dingin. Ngomong sama orang itu, walau suara lo gemeter. Kadang keberanian cuma perlu sedetik. Abis itu? Gas, jalan. Hargai waktu, karena itu nggak bisa diulang. Hidup, jangan cuma diem di pinggir. Mau takut, mau bingung, jalan aja dulu. Karena seringkali, kita baru ngerti sesuatu pas udah berani ngelakuin. Kayaknya.
