If it’s not, and just incompetence, the club announced a full and thorough review in April and nothing changed after relegation .. perhaps it should’ve

To confirm, the club stated to the @cardiffcityfab in Mid Dec that submissions were up to date. This is either terrible incompetence or someone has been disingenuous with the supporters groups .. I hope it’s the former but once again puts the spotlight on the failed review
