@JimMunro No its just the evening games sell to actual fans and not tourists or people with season tickets who have no real idea about the club they just go because its Premier league.

West Ham need to switch all our home games to evening kick-offs. That’s when the stadium comes to life, that’s when that old school buzz surfaces. There are fans who want to be there regardless of late timings rather than randoms on a sightseeing trip. Rocking #westham #coyi

West Ham Must Break PSR to Save Their Premier League Status West Ham United face an uncomfortable truth this January: obeying the Premier League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules (PSR) may be more dangerous than breaking them. With the club drifting toward a relegation battle, survival (not balance sheets) must now be the priority. PSR was designed to promote responsibility, but in practice it has entrenched a two-tier system. Wealthier clubs absorb losses and spend freely, while sides like West Ham are told to “be sensible” even as the squad weakens. Sensible does not keep you in the Premier League... Points do. Relegation would be financially catastrophic. Broadcast revenue would collapse, player values would nosedive, and the club would face an inevitable fire sale. The long-term damage of going down far outweighs any short-term punishment for breaching PSR. Everton and Nottingham Forest have already shown that points deductions, while painful, are survivable. Relegation is not. West Ham’s squad lacks pace, depth and attacking threat. Injuries and poor recruitment have left the team uncompetitive. January is the final opportunity to correct that. Waiting for summer or hoping for internal improvement is a gamble the club cannot afford. If West Ham do breach PSR by spending this winter, any punishment would almost certainly arrive next season, once the financial accounts are submitted and reviewed. Sanctions are not applied mid-campaign. That gives the club a crucial window to secure Premier League survival first and deal with consequences later. This calculated risk could also strengthen West Ham’s FA Cup prospects. Nuno Espírito Santo has a proven record in knockout football, taking Wolves to an FA Cup semi-final and guiding Nottingham Forest on a deep cup run. Extra quality now improves league survival chances and offers a realistic shot at silverware. Football clubs exist to compete, not to protect spreadsheets. If the choice is a controlled PSR breach or relegation, West Ham must choose survival and worry about the punishment later. #westham #POF #psr #PremierLeague #transferwindow
