to add to my last post i’m aware that this was largely one vile individual as well as the complacency of another. it’s far from my intent to tar a whole team, some of whom have offered a much better response to this, as complicit. not the priority rn but i felt it worth saying

like this happened before. once is a terrible horrible thing on its own. but twice? this is so disheartening to see. i’d say i want the team to do better but it feels like setting myself up for disappointment. my thoughts are with the victim as yours should be too.
