Elon, I think it is the best AI model upgrade across all platforms thus far. I have convinced the last OpenAI hold out clients to move to X.ai APIs. The absolute tonnage of @Grok Heavy in lifting power is stunning and closeed the last hold out. We will need the space telescope to observe number two so far behind. Thank you and the team!

What are your initial impressions of Grok 4.20? Major upgrades are still landing every week.

@thsottiaux Codex codex better, in general, but it doesn’t automatically learn skills like reading PDFs. If it would download skills when needed that it can perform locally to make its job easier, it should. I use Codex and Claude Cowork.

What are we consistently getting wrong with codex that you wish we would improve / fix?

@rezoundous Ended up escalating from $20 to $200 before I reverted back to Codex. I had a task that required reading 3 long PDFs and that cost me dearly. I should have used a tool to convert the files to text beforehand. Codex, on my laptop, doesn’t read pdf. Any recommendations to fix that?

I have Codex $20 and Claude $100 plan. Somehow I hit limits on Claude regularly and never on the Codex...

I JUST installed Claude Code 2 days ago and the wife had the audacity to ask me if I'm going to bed early tonight.... No. Im actually never sleeping again

@avrldotdev @trikcode I found myself sending tasks to ChatGPT that Claude couldn’t fix. I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about Codex and its high end models are cheaper to use than Claude’s Opus.

@DarthKevin81 @cherokeeowl StubHub showed photos of the actual artist and said they’d be live in the city. She was actually scammed. We took screenshots and everything. A lot of people complained about the same issue but StubHub doesn’t give refunds. No stupidity; just scam.

@burchboy @cherokeeowl That’s hardly the same. Your wife stupidly bought legit tickets to a cover band. This couple was actually scammed.

A couple bought Coldplay tickets on StubHub a full year in advance, planned the trip, and flew all the way to Miami—only to arrive and discover they never actually had tickets. 😳 They contacted StubHub immediately, expecting help, replacements, something… but got no tickets and no real support, leaving them stranded outside the venue after spending money on flights, hotels, and time off. What should they do now? What recourse do they really have when a resale platform drops the ball this badly?
