Each update introduces changes to the Abyss monsters, thereby highlighting different characters in the game. The 4.4 update was no exception. By examining the basic statistics, it becomes evident that Furina, Zhongli, Nahida, Kazuha, and Neuvillette are still the most popular choices among players. With the exception of Zhongli, who has been around for a while, most of the other characters have only been introduced in recent updates. This trend of favoring newer characters over older ones indicates the "out with the old, in with the new" mentality among Genshin Impact players.
