After the second attack: • Felony criminal mischief charge dropped - no charges filed • Bond on the blind man assault set at $1 • "No new arrests" condition added to her bond 19 days after that condition was added: arrested at the same store, again. She had a court-ordered stay-away from the store. Violated it at least twice. More than a dozen arrests in Travis County. Most charges dropped or dismissed. The store owner is a small local business. Tells @fox7austin he’s looking into hiring a security guard he can't afford - because the DA and courts won't do their jobs.
