Very disappointed with our experience last night at the Ajax Burger King. Mobile order sat ignored, poor service, no customer acknowledgment, and my son’s burger was made incorrectly despite a dairy allergy. Hoping someone can look into this. @BurgerKingCAN

@BurgerKingCAN can someone explain why I've been the 3rd car in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes now and no has moved. Isn't this supposed to be fast food? Your location at 3 road and sea island way in richmond bc has to be the slowest location you have.

So on @BurgerKing @BurgerKingCAN the app when you open there’s a bunch of February deals. One of them being a $5 Double bacon cheeseburger. You’d think it’s a big burger from the photo but it’s minuscule in size and they even lie about what the bun looks like in the picture

@BurgerKingCAN Not only was the bag bottoms soaking wet but when my husband had to pick it up off the ground and clean it up so was the food! As a person with a food handlers certificate certification this is unacceptable! You can not expect customers to eat food employees had on the ground

@BurgerKingCAN WORST B.K EXPERIENCE EVER!!! 244 Osborne St Winnipeg!! The staff has the bathroom stalls locked, ignores customers and when we bought our 4 kids meals they tried to charge me extra for the kids bucket!! Doesn’t even say it’s extra in the fine print!!

Why @BurgerKingCAN chicken so terrible and gross, got a crispy chicken sandwich for the first time last night and it looked like roadkill baked in 3 week old oil and barely any white inside, now i know i should always get a McCrispy instead
