been feeling a lot of pressure these past few days.
the audit for @Jaileddotfun is finally complete, which means launch is getting very close.
our last game @addicteddotfun became one of the biggest crypto games last year, so expectations are naturally high.
from the outside and internally too.
honestly, if Jailed doesn’t become at least 2x bigger than Addicted, it’ll feel like a failure to me.
the current crypto scene feels dead. nothing exciting is happening. most people are just rebuilding the same proven ideas over and over again: perps, prediction markets, etc
i was testing Jailed by myself this morning, and i genuinely think it’s way more viral than Addicted. it has the potential to completely shift CT sentiment the same way friendtech did.
but with financialized games, nothing is certain until it’s live.
all we can really do is keep improving the game and make it as good as possible until the launch date.
part of me enjoys this pressure. part of me wants to escape it as fast as possible. either way, we just have to keep pushing.
every day we get a little closer to becoming the biggest game studio on the internet.
just gotta keep pushing
