listening to him speak now on Ukraine, he puts the American government to shame. For Trump & his sycophants, all is transactional. Whatever you think of Starmer & his policies, & I dislike some of them, he is a man of integrity & decency.

This morning I spoke to President @ZelenskyyUa and reaffirmed that there can be no talks about Ukraine, without Ukraine.
Ukraine has our concrete support – for as long as it is needed.

Starmer expects to travel to France on Monday for an informal summit of European leaders and Nato Secretary General Mark Rutte - then take messages from that meeting to Washington the week after. European leaders are said to believe the UK can steer the US to places others can't.
