From the beginning of time with twitter, when someone complained about not having enough followers or engagement, what did we tell them? .. to grind, to build their following. But now, when we try to push forward a new rule to combat people gaming the system that are pretending they’re from countries they’re not, we change our mind and feel bad for them because those accounts that have been benefiting from doing all of that will have a hard time getting followers in THEIR actual area??? Come tf on. If you’re from Turkey, and don’t have followers from where you’re actually from, that’s YOUR problem. Build your following like everyone else. If you can’t get followers from TURKEY to follow you, THEN YOU PROBABLY SHOULDN’T BE ON X GETTING PAID. THE WHOLE POINT. Musk listened to the concerns of, creators who pointed out that their main audience is outside of the country Elon: "We will pause moving forward with this until further consideration." There is no other owner of a social media network that would do this @elonmusk is a man of the people.
