10/ So even with the Yellow Line, nothing changes in law. All of Gaza remains occupied Palestinian territory. Its people remain protected persons. No map colour can legalise ongoing genocide, forcible transfer, annexation, or the killing of civilians as “peace-plan enforcement”.

9/In 2024, the ICJ demolished Israel’s “security” excuse. It found Israel’s policies in the OPT designed for indefinite stay, creating irreversible facts on the ground amounting to annexation & ruled the continued presence unlawful. The ICJ also confirmed: “security” cannot justify acquiring territory by force or denying Palestinians’ self-determination.

10/ Real peace requires the exact opposite of 2803: - Immediate, unconditional end of occupation, as the ICJ ordered. - Palestinian authority chosen by Palestinians, not appointed by Trump. - Reparations paid by the occupier, not conditional donor charity. - Accountability and justice for all crimes, not impunity. - Equal security and rights for all.

9/Israeli withdrawal? Read the fine print: “IDF will withdraw… based on standards, milestones, and timeframes” agreed between the IDF, ISF, the guarantors, & the US … except for a security perimeter that stays until Gaza is ‘properly secure’. Translation: Israel sets the terms, judges the terms, & never has to leave.

ONCE AGAIN, THE UN CHOSE COLONIALISM OVER LIBERATION. Its new Resolution 2803 liquidates Palestinian rights, whitewashes Israel’s crimes, cements occupation, & openly mocks the ICJ’s order to end Israel’s unlawful presence unconditionally. Let’s dismantle this catastrophe. 🧵
