i put together an anonymous google form and she was like "can we use a word that's not anonymous to describe this because we will still see their emails" no we won't???? i set it up so they aren't collected???

there is a woman who gets under my skin for a variety of reasons but right now it's because she will sometimes like Correct Me on things but she is straight up wrong

mostly it sucks because there will be a point where ppl DO want information and want to have opinions and they will complain that they don't know anything and the answer isnt that the information wasn't that but that they did not reach for it and still want to blame somebody else

it's so hard to tell if i'm being ineffective and/or stuck in my ways (e.g. "pls read emails if you want information") or if i'm fighting an uphill battle when ppl aren't going to take any extra steps

was talking to a coworker about how i feel like doing union comms is like...there's no way to make ppl read an email but really the actual thing might be i don't know how to make people pursue getting the information they want to have
