As well as Seguin Sound, the French Police have said the 16th Neighbourhood is an area Villa fans can use.

@villa_manor The only advice from the French Police is they have had an increase in fraudulent tickets being sold on the street so avoid the temptation of purchasing tickets this way. Fans can remain in pubs and watch the game.
