I ordered & was charged for e-gift card from @DSWShoeLovers 1 wk ago, but have not rec'd despite delivery confirm. Called cust svc 2x, but hung up after waiting over 20mins. each time. Tried online chat many times, but "all Shoe Lovers tied up". No reply from email either. Help!
