I just caught the SD opening seg, and rule of thumb: Any show doing a “This show is bad, the wrestlers are bad, this company needs to be saved” promo is in a bad place. It’s peak Russo, and the worst stretches of AEW leaned into this direction to their immense detriment. St Louis was dead silent for most of this.
