Our Olde Phartes research group has uncovered evidence, both ancient, and more modern (1951 ->) that the Elohim have a technology based on what Kozyrev describes as the 'dynamic (or active) aspects of time'. Basically they 'shift' by electric induction through high voltage low amperage, the molecules in an EMF by about 0.0000001 milliseconds forward in 'time'. This is just enough to take the EMF out of our temporal plane. This makes that EMF into a 'force field' kind of thing that presents real difficulty for matter to penetrate it. So bullets would stop if they hit it. Probably would not bounce back as all the kinetic energy would be neutralized by the EMF instantly on contact. There are ways to disrupt this effect.
