i’m not trying to become an influencer i’m documenting what it actually looks like to: learn in public build with AI fail constantly keep shipping anyway

building in public is not really about marketing it’s about forcing yourself to become accountable to your own ambition

my github graph finally started looking real not because i suddenly became a great engineer but because i stopped being afraid to touch the codebase every day

people think “building with AI” means making logos and landing pages today i: debugged OCR pipelines fixed billing issues passed 500+ tests cleaned infrastructure shipped backend logic AI is becoming leverage for operators

today felt like the first day i stopped “trying AI” and started operating like a founder shipped production code passed 526 tests got paid to speak about AI fixed cloud infra worked on Embra still a long way to go but momentum feels different now

TIL the Google GenAI App Builder $1,000 trial credit only covers Gemini, Imagen, and Veo. Not Cloud Run. Not storage. Not databases. Lesson: with credit-locked stacks, the backend choice is the build. Pick the model first, the front end follows.

Spent the morning rebuilding my GitHub README from scratch. If you’re a vibe coder, your profile shouldn’t read like a developer’s. It should read like a builder’s. Specific tools. Real shipped products. Honest receipts.

Claude Code workflow nobody's posting about: Don't ask it to build the feature. Ask it to write the plan first. Make it list the files it'll touch and why. Approve the plan. Then build. My ratio of working code went up 3x the week I started doing this. Same brain. Same model. Better instructions.
