with wp in piano, he admits that he couldn’t let go of the memories. the song is specifically about the fear of being forgotten, so he is haunted by what might stop happening. sj as regret and wp as fear… two what if scenarios in different textures 🥲

sungjin and wonpil’s solo albums share a common thread of seasonal & time-based metaphors. like a lot!! sj writes more like he’s journaling his own thoughts, while wp writes w deep introspection that’s more outward-facing as he often considers the impact on the other person~

내 생각엔 성진은 지난 시간을 되돌아보며 자신이 어떻게 성장했는지 담담하게 일기처럼 썼어. 반면에 원필은 그 시간 속에 있는 순간의 감정과 상대방의 마음을 더 소중하게 노래한 것 같아.. 시간의 흐름 그 자체보다는 그 시간 속에 담긴 그리움이나 희망 같은 감정의 지속성에 더 집중하는 편임
