@joshsilentmode I like both, but I assume it matters what type of learner someon is, visual, auditory, etc. I suppose audiobooks cause your hands are free to write notes down

Which is better to learn from: A. Audiobooks or B. Physical Books

@kevfeelsgood I don't think so. You've got to find something positive to replace it with, especially if the bad habit is something addicting. If not, you're just leaving space for it to potentially come back.
