i’m absolutely not disciplined enough to have snacks at home

all it took was one meal where i cant track the exact kcals to completely throw me off my 3-4 week streak of tracking kcals and being disciplined w my eating

chicken tenderloin is my fav lean meat, so little kcals for so much protein
