@gaghyogi49 I was going to screengrab these but knew you would do it for us ❤️. Are they in-universe photos / holos? Or painted / illustrated portraits? Hard to know with an animated show, but all their badges are different! Or are they? Text blocks suggest details aren’t reliable.

Here are four of the "30 under 30" Starfleet officers seen in No 47 of "Fleet", the official Starfleet magazine, as seen in #StarTrekLowerDecks' "Dos Cerritos". Might the fourth one, a Vulcan, be the reason for the subheading "30 amazing officers under 30% of their lifespan"? ;-)

In the #StarTrekLowerDecks' "Dos Cerritos"⬅️ teaser, Tendi is undercover as a Haliian, same species as Aquiel in "Aquiel"↗️. Jewelry similar to Palor Toff's nose spiral (in "The Most Toys"➡️) is stolen by one of her crew ⬅️↙️. Haliian Aquiel has that same nose spiral in her quarters in "Aquiel"↘️. I love this deep deep cut! -)

@DaveBlass Jerseys typically take 18-24 months to produce (design, prototypes, production). Cutting that to <12 months is unheard of with req’d prod windows. And that’s when a brand already exists! Add hundreds more things (equipment, signage, merch, etc) with no brand yet. 5 mos is absurd.

I really want to know the thought process behind The Utah Hockey Club. Were they afraid to go with ANY mascot? I wonder if they serve "beer"

For all the logo nuts, and classic film freaks out there, this is a thread about the creation of the Universal Pictures logo (1936 - 1947). It’s an excellent logo. I present it here, in appreciation of the sheer craft involved in making it. 1/16

What I LOVE is all the comments on the carpet. Star Trek fans are so hard core and cool. They know how much @lizklocz put into making this happen and they love and respect that. They "get it" and that's so important.

Finally, when retired Janeway is seen working in her garden in Indiana in #StarTrekProdigy's "Ouroboros II", she is tending to one of the blue Solum flowers. Janeway is at peace now and Solum has been saved. I love this world building, without ever saying the word "flower". 7/7

I love the recurring theme or metaphor of the blue Solum flower, standing for the beauty/destruction of Solum and the relationship between Ilthuran and Gwyn in #StarTrekProdigy. It first appears when the Diviner shows Gwyn her homeworld on the holodeck in "A Moral Star II". 1/7

@WrestlesGaming Using the JP town CGI you created for this as a basis - I kindly request you produce a quaint RPG about collecting video games in Japan, set in the late 90’s. Complete with Dreamcast-esque 6th gen era graphics. Your would journey to small JP towns and big cities collecting.

Alex Rodriguez asked a question. Reggie Jackson answered it. (Shouts to the producer and rest of the desk for staying out of Reggie’s way and just letting him talk. I doubt they expected this answer. But it’s a great few minutes of television.)

I investigated the Yellowstone Club, a private resort in Montana where ultra-wealthy business leaders and celebrities own homes. Last summer, I hiked three miles up the Gallatin River where I found wastewater pouring into the river from the club’s golf course. 🧵

@gaghyogi49 This season is the best visually to me. Creative cuts like this are a good example, along with more ambitious camera angles. Really ending this series with its best work.

In #StarTrekDiscovery's "Erigah", I loved this cut from the interior of Starfleet Headquarters, focusing on the triangular pointed Starfleet arrowhead ⬆️ to the exterior shot of the station which, together with the USS Discovery in the foreground, forms a similar triangle ⬇️.

Rick Berman tried to make this a Franchise Finale instead of a Series finale. There is a way he could have done both that wasn't disrespectful to the Enterprise cast. IMHO take the Riker-Troi Pegasus BS out of it, have the time jump so it's the signing of the Federation Charter. Give fans a look of the refitted NX Enterprise. Let each cast member have their moments. Then end with Archer giving his speech. Then for the Franchise Finale aspect: have the camera pan over to the audience to see Riker and Troi in their TNG Movie uniforms. Have them have the same banter of being nervous to recite the speech for grade school, and if they think they could imagine the Federation blossoming to 200 members today. Have them leave the holodeck, pass a view port watching the Enterprise come into view. Have a voice over saying the Titan has docked, and Enterprise with the Federation Council delegation has arrived. Have Riker and Troi look at one another and with each other "Happy Federation Day." Zoom out of the Titan's view port to see the ship docked at Deep Space Nine (giving the audience a nod that the 200th member is Bajor), pan to the Enterprise-E and begin the "These Are the Voyages" voice over. Ending with Archer and Enterprise, warping out.

OTD, the #StarTrek #Enterprise series finale, "These Are the Voyages...". Executive Producer Rick Berman said that if the show had continued, they would have found a way to bring back Trip Tucker. Fans had VERY mixed reactions to this finale; what did you think?

Some time ago, my son called and said, “Thank you for believing me.” Steve was five when we stopped for lunch at a restaurant chain that was popular then. He ordered what you’d expect a little fellow to order. He took one bite of his hamburger and said, “Something is wrong with this. It doesn’t taste right.” Some parents would have told him to eat it anyway or stop complaining or let me taste it. But you see, I believed him. He wasn’t in the habit of saying something “didn’t taste right”. I think sometimes we expect of our children what we wouldn’t tolerate ourselves. If something didn’t taste “right” at a restaurant you wouldn’t eat it. More than that, you’d resent someone who didn’t believe you or smirk because you were being “picky” or told you to get over it. But I simply signaled the waiter, explained the issue at hand, and ordered another hamburger. When it arrived, I watched Steve as he took the first bite. He nodded. This one was fine. It thrills me that he remembers that incident. It thrills me that he understood that I believed him and took action on his behalf.
