Is @PlayKintara the next Pixels? I've been seeing this comparison everywhere lately. Instead of saying yes or no, here's how I see it. Pixels built its reputation around farming and a thriving player economy. Kintara is taking a different path. It's a full MMORPG where progression isn't just about leveling up. You're constantly gathering resources, crafting better gear, exploring new areas, and trading with other players through a player-driven marketplace. Think of it like this: Pixels • Farming • Resource economy • Land progression Kintara • MMORPG adventure • Crafting and gathering • Item progression • Player-driven marketplace What stands out to me the most is the marketplace. Instead of letting extra materials sit in your inventory, you can list them for other players. If you're lucky enough to get a rare drop or craft an item that's in high demand, it could become a solid earning opportunity. That's what gives me those early Web3 gaming vibes. Every session feels productive because you're always making progress, building your inventory, and creating value through gameplay. Am I saying Kintara is the next Pixels? Not yet. I think Kintara is carving out its own identity instead of trying to copy what worked for someone else. If the developers keep shipping meaningful updates, the community continues to grow, and the marketplace remains active, I believe Kintara has the ingredients to become one of the most exciting Web3 MMORPGs to watch. Huge kudos to the devs as well. They've been consistently pushing updates and improving the game, and it really shows. What do you think? WHY YOU SHOULD NOT FADE @PlayKintara Kintara gives me the same feeling I had when I started playing Pixels. Every login feels productive. You farm resources, craft better pickaxes or axes, level up your character, and every grind actually moves you forward. It never feels like you're wasting your time because everything you collect has value. What really sets it apart is the player-driven marketplace. Instead of letting your extra materials sit in your inventory, you can sell them to other players. Need more gold? Go farm. Crafted a high-demand item? Put it on the marketplace. As long as you have something people need, there's always an opportunity to earn. The best part is the excitement that comes with every farming run. Whenever I take on tougher mobs or spend hours gathering resources, there's always that thought in the back of my mind: "What if this is the run where I get a rare item?" Because if RNG is on your side and you land a super rare item drop, it could be worth a huge amount to another player. Those moments are what make every grind feel exciting. You're never just farming for XP; you're farming for opportunities. That's why I don't see Kintara as just another Web3 game. It's a game where your time actually builds something. Your progress matters, your items have value, and every session has the chance to reward you in ways you don't expect. It reminds me of why I fell in love with Pixels years ago, but with a player-owned economy that gives every resource, crafted item, and rare drop real purpose. One thing I also appreciate is how dedicated the developers are. They're constantly working on updates, improving the game, and listening to community feedback. Kudos to the devs for putting in the work to keep making @PlayKintara better with every update. If you've been sleeping on Kintara because you think it's "just another grind," you might want to take another look. Sometimes all it takes is one lucky drop to completely change your journey.
