My report to #HRC61 is an in-depth review of right to health for women&girls in #Afghanistan. Taliban restrictions on women, esp. freedom of movem’t & right to educ, may amount to int’l crimes & must be reversed. The int’l community also bears resp. Not to leave Afg women behind.
