@cclemenson12 We were in Iowa last weekend for a 13u tournament. Kid from Iowa threw about 50 on Saturday then another 110 Sunday! The kid threw gas and of course was an early developer. Hope he stays healthy. All of our guys were 50 or less and only one outing.

Just watched a talented junior throw 124-ish pitches in the first conference outing of the season for Grand Forks. 52-ish degrees. Parents need to stand up for their players’ health.

HS Pitchers: If your coach is running your arm into the ground you HAVE to step up & tell them you need a break. Arm health is a non negotiable. It's your career. You can still help your team & not pitch everyday. The pitch counts & abuse happening already is sickening. Wake up coaches & start prioritizing your players health rather than a measly win. If you can't win with more than 3 arms you don't have a chance anyway.
