@GovStitt You have consistently described Oklahoma as if there was only one constitutional sovereign within the state. There are 38 others, Governor. Many of which stilll have treaties granting them specific rights that predate the 1907’s birth of Oklahoma.

We should be focused on building a stronger Oklahoma for everyone.
We can find solutions that benefit all parties involved without compromising the principles that make our state great.
