A bunch of people have asked me about $ZEPH. I am still in $ZEPH. My gut feeling on $ZEPH is still strong. If you have lost conviction, then I advise you to follow that. If my convictions change, I will happily make that known publicly. But I am still long and strong, if that's the wrong decision - so be it. I have been asked a TON lately whether I still hold many projects and/or why I have not been tweeting as much lately. Most common have been about $ALICE $SPACE & $ZEPH. Firstly, April+May are always my busiest months of the year due to religious holidays and personal family events. So I don’t tweet or cover as many projects as much. But, some people say I haven’t mentioned them at all, which is simply not true - please check my timeline before asking or stating incorrect statements, do a little bit of research, research wont kill you BC fam😉. I have still talked about all of those plenty lately except for $KNDX (this one was asked in the comment screenshot below). I just simply dont have time to make big main posts for every one of the 50+ projects I hold on a regular basis. I am just a person. Like you. Not an AI robot. And I deserve some rest too! 😂💯 no seriously! Lol Especially after working tirelessly for all of you since April 2022 when I made my first tweet. Regularly even putting my followers and my BC Community first in-front of my own family, my sleep, my eating, my exercising etc I deserve family time with my wife and babies. And I deserve time to rest to stay fresh and strong mentally, physically, emotionally, & spiritually. Not too much to ask lol I also have answered many times just in the last week regarding $ALICE $SPACE & $ZEPH. Many many many times. Ill answer again one **last time** for all: $ALICE - i haven’t taken a single dollar of profit. Currently my 3rd biggest holding even after correction and since I have seen that it is a legitimate project I believe it has a high probability of surpassing $20m+ MC in due time, therefore, I am holding. Price-wise, we pushed this thing #67x from $140k mc public post to ATH $9.3mc in ONLY 10 days 🔥, I know I made a lot of money for a lot of people (especially my copy traders, you’re welcome), though besides for some $ETH staking rewards, I personally have not profited at all yet. It is also currently still #10x up from my first post buying & sharing in real time at $140k mc (currently $1.4m mc). $SPACE - the project is going through a lot of issues right now. It is all being addressed but I have no guarantees. I am holding my bag as of now and whether I continue to or not will depend on what happens this week and next. I will update my followers if I choose to exit or to stay. Price-wise, it did a #19x from lowest call and even after this brutal red market beating the price is still 3x+ up from lowest dip buy post (~$2). What happens next with this project depends on the team & their decision-making over the near future. I’m not sure yet if $SPACE will run strong in the near term or more likely later in the bull market after they have proven to fix & improve all of the issues with community, tech, tokenomics etc. $ZEPH - holding strong and confident we will see a strong run again when the market turns green and/or the privacy narrative becomes relevant again. I just recently spoke with the dev for updates after a while of not reaching out to him (literally yesterday) and he answered very quickly saying all is good & that they are working hard on their upcoming hard fork trying to set a date for it ASAP & they are working hard on completing and testing! Price-wise, it did over #52x from entry and current price is still more than #6x up from original entry. I will have to research my timeline to figure out what the lowest price was of me discussing $ZEPH publicly, cant remember off the top of my head. I think this one I let others call first while I was quiet & busy with other stuff, so that could be why. $KNDX - I haven’t checked on this project in a while but I would bet they have been hard at work since they seemed to be a very serious project creating innovative AI + NFT tech. It did close to #20x from original call & I am still holding a bag. I remember liking their community as well. Hope these updates help you BC fam🫡🤝❤️🍻

@Snowden This honestly is a reactionary stance that is not realistic. A coin where privacy is default will be entirely banned, we see some hints there already. No, privacy is a clear danger to the regime and it will be fought either way. Maybe the solution is decentralization.

The Department of "Justice" has once again criminalized the developers of an app that restores financial privacy. The way to fix this it to make money private by default. Privacy must never be "exceptional," or they will make it criminal.

Samourai Wallet, a Bitcoin privacy service, has been shut down and its founders arrested! 😱 A Bitcoin-only noncustodial CoinJoin service, Samourai gave users privacy by allowing them to coordinate with other users to mix their funds to break the transaction graph. To the best of my knowledge (obviously I don't know all the details), they did nothing wrong! Simply operating a privacy protocol that allows users to strengthen their own privacy should not be a crime! This continues to set the horrible precedent that the Tornado Cash arrests began, criminalizing the development of open-source software. Is all privacy in crypto now under legal threat? 😬 I don't think so. But the fact that I don't know for sure anymore is concerning. Taking a step back, though, let's look at some of the things focused on in this case to see if we can find a common thread. Remember, many privacy protocols, including the Zcash team, has not fallen victim to anything like this (yet). According to the DOJ, Samourai: 🕵️Was a company-like entity (profited) 🕵️Explicitly provided services for privacy 🕵️Operated infrastructure directly 🕵️Openly advertised to criminals 🕵️Had criminal activity traced to the service (including sanctions evasion, which the US war machine particularly doesn't like) 🕵️Evidence founders knew about this Judging from the Tornado Cash case, as well as the SEC going after Uniswap, it seems like the "It's noncustodial and open-source" loophole doesn't work anymore: If you operate like a company, run infra/front-ends like a company, take profit like a company, you probably will get targeted! Of course, the sad part in all this is, we don't actually know how for sure how to develop crypto while staying out of jail! This is just speculation (and definitely not legal advice, before someone comes at me). We should be able to develop privacy tools without fear of prison. But that's not the reality of 2024. In the meantime, probably the best route is to bake privacy directly into the protocol, without segregated third-party apps or smart contracts run by teams who can be explicitly targeted and accused of laundering. Privacy by default is the way! If the core protocol inherently lets users be private, and it has many legitimate uses, it's much harder to make the case for laundering or anything criminal by the developers. But just in case, open-source privacy devs should probably stay outside of the US and western Europe, and stay as anonymous as possible. We're building the free financial system of the future. We are doing nothing wrong, but this is inherently a threat to the powers that be! We can try to make sure we stay fully legally-compliant. But we're never going to be 100% sure. Sad day.
