I think what was so effective about Shao Kahn in MK2 is how you’d literally feel dread every time he was in a fight. He was such a giant, yet moved SO QUICK it was legitimately scary.
Seeing him hit that shoulder charge was terrifying and hype as hell dude. #MortalKombatMovie

Went to see Mortal Kombat 2 again tonight, had just as much fun on second viewing! They really did address the pain points of the first film and rectified them in a satisfying way.
Gonna reiterate that the Kung Lao vs Liu Kang fight is genuinely spectacular 🔥 #MortalKombatMovie

@CabooseEK As someone who has not looked forward to it, I have seen enough positive feedback, I have been convinced to go see it in theaters. Just gotta find a babysitter. But it seems like a winner!

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion of course, but MK2 runs circles around the first movie and I’d find it very hard to believe that most people would think otherwise after seeing it.
