@MarekLecian @thyng does it happen always, or under certain conditions? I've been using this technique for quite some time, and GAds audience hit has the correct/actual stream ID, although the GA4 hit has a transient one...

@thyng Because if you have GA4 linked to Google ads, it's paired via data stream ID. And if you override that id, the imported conversions and audiences stop working.

@AnalyticsNinja @wissi_analytics I always thought that daily is just a copy of intraday, with maybe some checks and minor consolidation, where intraday serves as an incentive for users to switch to paid GCP. The fact that this is not the case is crazy

@wissi_analytics I did research comparing daily vs intraday tables and the results (in a perpetually unwritten blog post) were troubling. Up to 40% of transactions were missing from intraday for one of our clients.

Explorations in GA4 just got a slight visual update. The variables (dimensions, metrics, segments) are noticeably larger, and more color has been added to differentiate the dimensions and metrics.
