I just don’t believe kids NEED/HAVE TO spend 5 days a week in a classroom for 6-7 hours.

I’ll say this again. We need more hybrid learning opportunities for our kids. And the in person days need to have at least one off-site day where the experience real world engagement. Learning needs to change.

The issue isn’t about identifying what I’m good at and pursuing “that thing.” It’s simply choosing “that thing” and sticking with it. I get so tempted to explore “other things” because I’m actually great at most things I do and they all kind of overlap. It’s a daily struggle.

This is my year of creativity. I don’t know why I waited so long.
