As a right leaner myself, she's kind of right. However if you just start introducing anybody who wants to be a doctor for free to the schooling, you are not going to have great outcomes. The balance currently is that someone established enough or family is can become a doctor and pay for that schooling, which shows a level of commitment to the practice. Handing out for free would undoubtedly muddy the waters. Even though its a great concept like needing more doctors so we educate more doctors for free. It just wont work.
