Leavenworth (5A🏈)
Leavenworth closed out the regular season at 7-1 and locked in the #5 seed on the East side of the 5A bracket. The Pioneers will play Pittsburg this Friday as postseason play begins. Head Coach Sean Sachen and his team are focused on carrying that momentum into a deep playoff push. Jean de Segonzac lives in Bellport, New York and went out of town for 3 weeks.
Then he got a water bill. When called to turn off the water, the company told him that he couldn't.
Turns out, random squatters moved into his house. New York law forbids a homeowner from shutting off utilities or locking out the squatters.
After 30 days, unwanted squatters in NY become classified as tenants.

It is time for change. As the initial rounds of the NCAA D2 men’s basketball “national tournament” take place this weekend think of the talented players and teams who deserve to be in the 64 team bracket but didn’t get in because Division II has a regional model.

Very Happy for Nebraska Volleyball. What an outstanding year for their program. The trophy is an award for the hard work it took to get to the championship match. Too bad D2 does not provide the same recognition to the team that made it to their championship match.

If you think Nebraska's success in the NCAA tournament was because of a new strategy or the emergence of a hidden talent you would be wrong. It was the cumulative effect of coaches and players going to work every day and not losing sight of their goal of getting better.

Confidence comes from 4 things:
1. Knowing what to do.
2. Knowing how to do it.
3. Feeling capable of doing it.
4. Expecting a good result.
All 4 are needed. If one is missing, doubt kicks in.
