@gchopra31 Have a high protein and nutritious diet(full of fruits & veggies) ! Give enough recovery time to yourself....mild walk and stretches..avoid any strenuous exercises..take doctor mediccation & physiotherapy, if needed

@cailajindal Ran 5 half marathons. Very much fitness freak. But now bcoz of sleep disk, even brisk walking bring pain in back. Any specific exercise/diet which can get me back on track. 😊
