I had also noticed this, stop sending out marketing stuff and start replying to customers who have not received orders that you have taken the money for.

Been waiting for a delivery from @suttons_seeds for weeks. Was supposed to have been delivered 11th May, but no word - and emails are going unanswered. Whats going on?

@Ocado I know that you are incredibly busy. But I am disappointed that you aren't prioritising existing customers. I have been a customer since you started but can't get a slot. I am self-isolating as I am immune suppressed and live with my 72 year old mother. How can we order?

@trealyfarm I wish you'd fix your website - when I try to access product details - page not found, I'd love to see more info/where to buy.

@Hellmanns - poor customer service. Made a complaint about defective product last week on your website, not even an automatic reply !
