Took one of our musicians from literally losing money on merch during tours, to generating $100k gross in a week and a half of touring. Made him more money in a week and a half of touring, than he’s made with all of his previous ones combined. Love to see it!

@honestan0n Nothing about this is mediocre, most people fail to live up to any of this. You can gain the world but if you don’t have your home in order, you’ve lost. Your soul is what matters to God, not your net worth, what you drive, where you live, etc.

Nothing will ruin your trajectory more than being hesitant. I've never heard of anyone successful that played it safe. Ever. Doesn't come down to who is more talented or smarter, but who has the balls to take the risk. No second guessing or doubting.

Officially a landlord, just started renting out the very first property I bought — two bedroom townhome. Townhomes are slept on as investment properties. A lot of millennial/gen z are opting to go the townhome route when moving in together with partner or starting family.
